Skycar Training

Skycar Training

The Skycar is an extremely simple aircraft to fly.  With no pitch control it is virtually impossible to stall the aircraft and with excellent glide ratios and a ballistic reserve parachute you could also not be in a safer recreational aircraft.

Within the UK, most of Europe and in the USA the license needed is a powered parachute license.  This is essentially a type of microlight license that is geared towards an aircraft that uses an inflated wing as its primary lift source.

On average this takes around 6 days to complete plus 20 hours of observed solo flights.

ParajetAutomotive organises two courses a year for its customers.  Training takes place on the Parajet Sky Quad.  Which uses Parajet’s revolutionary Rotron 294cc engine.  The handling characteristics are relatively similar and allow customers to understand the basics of flying the SkyCar before they take delivery. Training can either be in the UK or our training facility in Spain. Customers can also organise for “one on one” tuition from one of our Parajet SkyCar approved instructors.

Customers looking to purchase a SkyCar can buy one of the Parajet Sky Quads to practice flying and to gain their license. Costing 11,350GBP, the package includes the Parajet Quad, Cyclone 294cc paramotor and Paramania Taxi wing. Furthermore, Parajet Automotive are offering customers who purchase the Quad a 5000GBP offset against the final price of the SkyCar.
